Funko Mars Attacks Pop Vinyl figure: Martian

We were given a few items from Funko to review. Most usually we make YouTube video reviews, and there is one of this. I do think however that sometimes a written blog is best.

This figure stands at 6 inches tall and is made of a hard vinyl. Unlike the Kid Robot vinyl figures alot of people are used to that are soft to the touch, this guy feels very solid, and almost breakable. Now what really got me was the clear dome. I love how it reflects the light around his head. Funko has also been very goog at making these fun shapes that are very modern, and yet true to the original designes.

I never really cared for the Tim Burton Mars Attacks movie actually. However when I was at NY Toy Fair and a Funko rep showed me this, I was blown away. It is one of the best vinyl figure designes I have seen in ages.

One nice thing I think Funko did well also was the box design. The figure fits nicely back in the box, with no tape to cut, or tear and looks good as new once replaced. This is amazing for those of us who hate to destroy our packaging to get to the toy.
